It's not difficult. In fact, the stories page is one of the six or seven tabs that open by default when I first click my browser in the morning. But I have a dozen or more other sites that I access by rss and love that. I can see if they've changed anything at a mere glance.

For instance I love Project Gutenberg's rss feed.

Laziness? Yes, a little at least. Part of it is my inner geek getting her freak on as well.
