no effence but I know what I like and I do not like that art. It is creepy not a bit erotic. The subjects look dark, greasy and mall nurished. I think it is what they call horion sheek.

I am not shure if you were posting becouse you like the photagrapher or you are the model.

If the it is the lator then I would say you are an atractive young lady but the photagrapher did not do you justice.

Hmmmm.. firstly... Bill Henson is not supposed to be erotica (occasionally yes, but it is not a main theme).. it is as you said, provocative. Also, dark and downright menacing at times.. ... he does it perfectly.. thats what I like... of course as you demonstrate.. he is not for everyone. But then thats what makes good art.

Heroin sheek?.. pertty much.. it adds to the deperation and hoplessness of the atmosphere he creates. The models look homeless, they look malnourished.. but somehow they exude a power.. an aura... Bill captures it perfectly. Like its on the tip of your tongue that they are not homeless and powerless.. but simply playing coy. Menacing in their frailty.

Othertimes (the erotic ones) I cant help but think of the characters as demonic Fae, playing their little games; often in scrap yards and other places that should not be screwed in... carless sprites content to inhabit the dark .. waiting for some unsuspecting person to take a wrong turn ...

My Toy (in the posted pics on previous pages) is a model, though she has never worked for him, I would love to have a portrait of ourselves commisioned by him.. it is exactly our tastes.. dark and everso slightly skewiff.
