The storm had been thrilling. She stood on deck, her face raised to the heavens that beat down with first stinging then gently drops. Lifting her hands to brush back the wet strands of her hair she took a deep breath, filling her lungs with the invigorating salty air.

Sighing softly in disappointment as the clouds break and only the soothing roll of the sea beneath the bow of the boat is left in it's wake.

Turning she walks slowly, her bare feet splashing at the puddles remaining on deck. Entering her cabin she smiles at Nick lounging on her bed waiting and closes the door with a soft click as she approaches him.
