Almost depressed - but not quite - still driving on

Almost happy - but not quite - the smiles still come to my face

Almost there - but not quite - let me keep it in a little longer

Almost there - but not quite - left with a satisfaction hunger

Almost there - but not quite - it seems as if can't be there

Stay strong - stay proud - lift up your face - and look the world in the eye -

it does not matter -- think - almost there is better then not at all - right?

you can still want -

you can still crave

you can still anticipate the next time --

there is always a next time --

isn't there?
