    I guess you never had period pains or you wouldn't say that. They're either gone, or you care.
    Joking aside: Sex indeed helps with period cramps, for me it doesn't even have to include an orgasm. Although I obviously very much prefer if it does.

    I think sex helps even more than the orgasm. It's like a massage on the inside to get rid of those pains. LOL
