I just noticed that the "recent update" page has a bunch if "new" stuff up. I recognized some of them and also notice that most of the postings have no "Synopsis." The ones that do were started prior to march 2009. I assume that all of the stores without a "Synopsis" are repostings to recover from the server crash. I'm glad that's started and based on the speed the page is changing, the reposting will be faster than I originally thought. That's Great!

However, how will readers of the "new or recent update" postings know what's new and what's old?

Does the absence of a "Synopsis," a rare event in the past, signify old (except for the "new" chapters/parts attached to pre March stories) and the only way we can tell repost from new post?

the Library site (including chat) has had some issues for the past several days.
Torq and the rest of the tech team have been working on it to get it back up and running. So far the forums are back up.

Hello, This is MitchC. Earlier tonight I got locked out of the forum, because my yahoo email box, which is my forum registration contact email, froze on me. I tried to re register under the name MitchellC, and I gave my contact email as my Comcast box, I keep receiving a message that says my username and password to access the forum have been sent to me at my Comcast email, but I have checked my Comcast email, and there is nothing there. I would either like to have my old MitchC account changed to my Comcast email address, or to find out how I may receive my password on my new MitchellC account. I apologize for re registering. It was not my intent to be devious, but when I got locked out, and since I cannot access my Yahoo email box, I did not know what else to do. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks, SN. I have a feeling that maybe the forum isnt sending out contact emails then. This has happened in the past. Hopefully an admin or mod will see this, and can assist us both. Take it easy,my friend.

If you are continuing to experience this problem, it actually is NOT the site not sending you an email--the site is sending the email. The problem is one of a few things: sometimes we notice emails seem to get "stuck" when going to certain types of email accts (hotmail & yahoo are known problems occasionally). Also, check your "junk mail". Additionally, these emails are NOT "instantanious" all the time. They don't just "poof" work---they can take a few minutes or hours to get to you.

If you are having continuing problems & need your password re-set so that you can log into forums, send an email to Torq at torq654@gmail.com and he can re-set your password for you so that you can log into forums. This is PREFERABLE to re-registering. Re-registering simply will continue the cycle of emailing round-and-round again.

In the email, be sure to include your username in the Forums. Without this, your password can not be reset.

I would re-set both of your passwords for you, but since neither of you can access forums, and neither of you provided emails for contact info, I can't do that. So send Torq an email, and he will password re-set when he has a chance. It could take a day or two, so please have some patience.

Ok. Apparently me via moco is not sufficient. So let's try it directly from me & see if this works instead.

Chat is down. No, we do not have an estimated time it is going to be back up. Yes, we will notify everyone when it is back up. No, you do not need to incessently click on the "chat" button--we will tell you when it's up and running properly.

We are working through a few major site issues still. Please be aware that since last weekend, the site admins have been working pretty much non-stop to get the site back up & working. Thus & such, we're all fairly tired and eventually need a bit of a break. Yes, chat will get back up. However, it is not a 911-emergency. It isn't life or death (though to the chat addicts *coughs* moco & yogi, lol *coughs* it might be). So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have some PATIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!
