A correct sized padlock around the balls connected to suitable chain (the two ring ended dog choke chain is a perfect fit for me) looped over the neck and snapped into the padlock behind u.The owner has the key ect,and hides well under your shirt...Posture is acheived by the length of the chain..great fun..lol
