What unique ideas have you had that may be punishments or pain devices?

I didnt say anything about keeping things hidden...I am speaking specifically about real life here, not fantasies. Placing a submissive in an unsafe torture/stress position where if they faulter serious bodily harm will be the resulat...more than likely requiring a trip to the ER isnt imho Safe or Sane no matter how consensual the avctivity may have been.

Clearly this is where our difference lays. I consider something like that safe and sane, more so thats only scratching the surface of things that I would do and love done to me.
